RETURN POLICY

Returns & Store Credit Policy

We hope you love your order. However, if your purchase is not quite perfect, we gladly accept returns for store credit only within 14 days of delivery, provided the item meets our return eligibility requirements.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, please return your item as soon as possible. Once your return is received and approved based on the requirements below, store credit will be issued.

Store credit may be used toward purchasing a different size or any other merchandise online or in-store.

Return Requirements

  • Item(s) must be in original condition: unwashed, unworn, and with tags attached
  • Include a copy of your order number with the return

Final Sale / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Bodysuits
  • Intimates
  • Swimwear
  • Jewelry
  • Any discounted items, including purchases made with:
    • Discount codes
    • Text/SMS codes
    • Rewards
    • Flash sales
    • Any other promotional discount

Please note that all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Should returned merchandise fail to meet our return eligibility requirements, the item may be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
