RETURN POLICY
We hope you love your order! However, should you find yourself not entirely pleased with your order, we extend the option of returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY, provided it meets our return criteria.
We do not offer exchanges, only store credit. If you would like to purchase a different size, return your merchandise as soon as possible and we will issue you store credit once your order is received and the item(s) are eligible per our return requirements listed below. Once you receive your store credit, it may be used to purchase a different size or any other merchandise online and/or in-store!
HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY:
ALL HOLIDAY RETURNS ARE FOR EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY.
ITEM(S) CAN BE EXCHANGED OR OFFERED STORE CREDIT UNTIL JAN 15 WITH A RECEIPT OR GIFT RECEIPT PRESENT.
ITEM(S) MUST BE UNWORN, UNWASHED, SMOKE & PERFUME FREE, WITH TAGS ATTACHED AND RECEIPT OR GIFT RECEIPT PRESENT.
ALL DISCOUNTED OR PROMOTIONAL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE EXCHANGED.
Additional Criteria:
- The following is considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned: all bodysuits, intimates, swimwear, jewelry, and any items purchased at a discount (including discount codes, text codes, rewards, flash sales, or otherwise)
- Any orders placed with Shop Pay installment payments are ineligible for return or exchange.
Please note that all shipping costs are at the expense of the customer. If your item does not meet the return requirements, it may be sent back at additional cost to the customer. Any shipping charges are non-refundable.
