Frequently Asked Questions
What is permanent jewelry?
Linx by Clothe permanent jewelry consist of dainty bracelets, anklets, rings, and necklaces that are custom fit and welded onto you without a clasp!
Permanent jewelry is a quick and painless micro-welding process that connects the end of the jewelry without a clasp. Permanent jewelry requires no maintenance, so you can sparkle effortlessly everyday!
Is the jewelry actually permanent?
Yes! However, these are delicate pieces of jewelry that should be treated with care. Permanent doesn't mean it can't break or fall off!
What if I have to remove the jewelry or it breaks?
If you are able to keep the chain, and the linker is able to reattach the original chain, we will do one free repair for the FIRST break within 30 days of the purchase! If the chain isn't able to be re-welded or you do not have the original chain, a new one will have to be purchased.
Any additoinal repairs after the first break will be a $10 repair fee as long as the chain is able to be re-welded. It is up to the linker's discretion if the chain is able to be re-welded or not!
Unfortunately, any repairs or re-welding that is not our original chain (another vendor) we cannot repair.
What kind of metals do we offer and can the jewelry tarnish?
No! We use 14K gold-filled and sterling silver pieces. As long as the jewelry is well cared for, the jewelry should hold its shine!

We like to set aside 15-20 minutes for each client, we want you to have plenty of time to pick your link and ask all of the questions you might have!
